My father and I walked in on December 30th 2017 around noon and were helped immediately. Mr. James Kelly took very good care of us and was very attentive. Sewell Infiniti on Hwy 45, this dealership needs to re-think the quality of customer service. I was charged over $5,000 for problems that didn’t exist... when it was a simple starter issue. And the customer service management blew my off and didn’t address my concerns. I feel duped too! What a “Sewell experience”.

I went for brake checks, but it wasnt in my warranty, so i was offered a carwash.i also needed licence plates to be put on my car..given a buzzer after 20mins the buzzer went off.. i went out to get my car,, licence plates still not on..so i had to wait another 15mins for them to put it on.. overall very friendly staff.. i just wished they did everything before they called me outside.
