These people epitomize excellence in customer service. Rob Armstrong sold us our used Passat that you all had on the lot and never treated us any differently than the customers buying a brand new car. He is helpful, caring and professional. I have 3 boys that will need cars, and will return to him every time!
Disappointed in the quality of work that was done in repairing my QX56. Had to have the collision center fix several issues on 4 different occasion each time yielding less than acceptable quality. It was emphasized to me on several occasions that the work was not going to be perfect. All I was looking for was it to be done right the first time. Guess there is no quality control anymore.
Best customer service ever!!! Great from the initial purchase to service department. On my 2nd vehicle and for the past 4 years they have been great.
