Greatest Service – I came to Sew Special and found friendly people, that are welling to give you ideas and opinions. The prices are good, and according to what you need. The place is clean and odorless, parking is a little trouble but, for the location is ok.
Scam Artists – I came to Sew Special expecting professional tailor services for reasonable prices. I didnt expect the same feel and precision that you might find on Oak St. but I didn't want to pay those prices either. I regret my decision. The place is like a chop shop. It is very disorganized, not even a real dressing room..just a curtain that you pull back and you pretty much undress right there. The only tailor you need – Quality - Best tailoring I've ever had Service - Friendly but work not always done on time Price - Better than what you'd expect for the quality
Great service at a fair price, quick turnaround – They even provide tailoring service, but I primarily use them for dry cleaning my shirts. They have quick turnaround, and always provide courteous service.
They still have my dress to this day... – To make a long story short - I was never quoted a price prior to the alterations - when I came back to get my dress the bill was $75.00 after the woman told me it would be reasonable and not to worry about it. $75.00 is not reasonable to me by any means and I did worry about it...I never got my dress back because after speaking to the manager they would only lower the price $10.00...outrageous!
