I'm starting to dislike living here! My neighbors upstairs are driving me nuts!! From 10pm until 6am they are having like a party every night! We have contacted to front pple even the officer but these neighbors won't give. Looks like we might be moving soon. We were told these were quiet apartments and for the last 8 months I've attempted over 12 times to get this issue resolved! But NOTHING.. I guess I'll keep calling eventually something will be done right?!
