Just signed my 2nd lease with this property... By far the best property I’ve lived at. Always clean, quiet people, nice neighbors... office staff is always friendly and putting on events for their properties families. Only downside is I wish their was a little more Parking to go around and I wish they would move vehicles that have been parked for weeks or have expired tags. Lilly is great and has helped me with my move both times. Hope they keep up the great work!
This is my 2nd year here at Sevona and I can't say enough wonderful things about the place and the staff. Everyone here goes above and beyond to provide superior customer service and make everyone feel like a family. The resident get together's are a wonderful way to keep us all connected. The property is well kept and always beautiful.
All of the staff, including the maintenance team, are so kind and helpful. It’s a wonderful community. Great-quality apartments, affordable prices, and a good location. Highly recommended.
Honestly don't move here if you don't want ants all over your stuff. I have lived here since march 2017. I don't keep food out ever & I have had to ask 3 or 4 times for them to come spry the apt and nothing has changed. There's ants EVERYWHERE ALL THE TIME. Can't wait for my lease to be done. Oh yea and parking sucks too!!! ALL THE TIME.
I enjoy living all staff including maintenance are nice the staff are very prompt when you have an issue or concern. I must say the parking is horrible but other than the parking issue I love it here the staff make you feel that they want you here I love all the resident things they do very nice..

I love this property! Its beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff is amazing! There's always fun events and they make you feel right at home!
Loved living there (over 2 yrs) was some of the best times & fond memories. They had great staff:) I enjoyed the resident parties for us. Maintenance was prompt as well. Sounds like it's still a great place to live�Keep up the good work!
