Wish there was a hot tub and tanning like some of the other complexes. My biggest issue is the parking. I live on a dead end section and for what I pay in rent I don't feel I should have to park two buildings over and carry stuff. I can't park outside my apartment some nights because too many visitors are parking there. I just feel that residents should have priority and visitors should have to park in the extra spots and walk. Also I wish the people above me were a bit more courteous on the noise control. Very nice staff, move in process easy. Ask to see the exact unit you are getting though. The unit we actually got turned out to be quite a step down aesthetically from the one we were shown. We were told it was identical with wood flooring, we got old carpet and paint - kind of embarrassed to ask anyone over. :(
I really love living here, quiet and office staff and maintenence guys are all great. Problems solved immediately. Only one complaint..... dog poop..... I pick up other people's piles of poop everyday. I slipped in a pile one day and almost landed on my backside. Let's be considerate of each other.
