They have terrible security and they leave the gate open, there have been six cases in less than six months of people getting there wheels stolen. Terrible management and terrible service. DO NOT MOVE INTO SEVONA.
Best management! There was a mishap with my payment and management took care of it no fees owed by me. The maintenance is the BEST! Staff is amazing, grounds are amazing, pool is always a blast. Couldn’t be happier where I live!
We LOVE this apartment complex. It’s very quiet, very clean. Everyone I’ve come in contact with here is super nice. Whether it be anyone in the leasing office, maintenance guys, or just the other residents. They are all super nice people! Our apartment is beautiful. From the time we first walked in the door we fell in love and knew it was the one. I stayed one full year and renewed for another but ended up terminating my lease early. The whole process was very easy and they really worked with me and I had zero issues. I will miss this place for how clean, friendly and active they are with tenants. It’ll always be my number one suggestions for apartments!
I love this place! It’s so quiet and the other tenants are friendly. The staff always has great events to attend. Great location.
