Worked with Jon to sell our 2nd owned home. We interviewed other realtors and really liked Jon's open and honest answers as well as knowledge of the current market and area. We had a specific timeline and Jon worked to plan and execute to that timing with us. The work put in for promoting the house was great. We have already recommended Hanson Severson to other friends and co-workers.

He gave great market research, he and his team gave great tips on getting our homes ready to sell, what to clear out, was professional, timely, responsive and negotiated the offers very well. It was an awesome experience working with Nick! As a first time homebuyer he answered all pur questions thoroughly! He also took gave very quick updates to keep us in the loop. Loved that he followed up a few weeks after the sale to see how we were liking our house!

I am so thankful we chose Hanson Severson to help out with our sale and purchase. Jon Severson was amazing to work with. Jon Severson helped my wife and I buy and sell our homes. We set out initially to just buy a house that could accommodate our growing family. We warned him at the beginning of the process that we were in no rush to buy a home -- we had time and were looking for just the right place.
