Jon Severson was wonderful with the sale of my house. I am not in the area anymore and he kept me informed and represented me at closing making it an overall stress free experience. He is knowledge, communicative, and comforting in a process I had never completed before. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know buying or selling a house

In an incredibly difficult buyers market Jon created a unique strategy which allowed us to win the FIRST house we put an offer on. We couldn't be happier with his approach, his communication, honesty and expertise. I've already sent his name to a few friends.

Very helpful from start to finish. We had a lot of questions being a first time home buyer and he answered them quickly every time. He helped us get connected with a mortgage officer, he was patient in us looking at many houses, helped us while going through all of the negotiations, got us exactly what we wanted, and is now a friend of ours. Absolutely give Jon a call if you're looking for a Real Estate Agent. He's a great person and will help you immensely.

I've been told that my experience buying my first home was far from typical - there were many ups and downs and issues that arose with different sellers. Jon went way above and beyond and not only walked me through the process as a first timer (& answered my constant questions timely and patiently) but also did everything he could to make sure I ended up with my little dream house. I couldn't have asked for a better agent and have nothing but good things to say about Jon and the company. Thank you!
