I've been told that my experience buying my first home was far from typical - there were many ups and downs and issues that arose with different sellers. Jon went way above and beyond and not only walked me through the process as a first timer (& answered my constant questions timely and patiently) but also did everything he could to make sure I ended up with my little dream house. Sierra was very flexible in working with us as we figured out what was important to us in our next home.
