I had a great experience with Jon and his team! I worked with Jon after recommendations from multiple family members and, though finding the right home was a process for me, Jon and his team have been incredibly helpful, patient, friendly, and overall great to work with. I've already been recommending Jon to several of my friends and cannot speak highly enough of him and his team!

Jordan is an agent you can count on. His responsiveness is nearly unmatchable. He is quick to act and line up houses. When there’s a need to pivot and reschedule appointments, he’s able to act very fast. On one Saturday morning he showed me 12 properties in 3 different suburbs. I had such a wonderful experience working with Jon Severson and his assistant. Jon was relatable, easy to talk to, and super responsive via text/email/phone calls. He made buying a house for the very first time much easier than I was expecting it to be, and actually kind of fun! The Hanson/Severson team for starters to represent as buyers and sellers for our homes was decision I am glad I made. We had an offer in a week over asking price sold it and moved into our new house in a month. Everything worked out perfect. Nick Jordan is a first class act! He is knowledgeable, kind, patient & responded promptly to all my questions. I was so impressed, I felt like his only customer. He took a lot of stress off me when I was traveling every week for work. I was also very impressed with the pictures they took of home for sale, they actually sparkled!
