I’ve had a great experience at Audrey Emerson Transit Village. Both buildings are clean, safe, and very well maintained, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. The office staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional—Maria, in particular, is outstanding and truly goes above and beyond, along with the property manager who keeps everything running smoothly. The building has improved tremendously. The maintenance team is always attentive to the residents' needs, and the office staff provides the best customer service we've ever experienced. I lived here and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to live.
This building has ongoing roach infestations, and the extermination services are ineffective. Security is extremely poor, with frequent car break-ins. These problems have been reported multiple times with no real improvement. Overall, this is not a safe or sanitary place to live............
