Had dinner there after a show at the Orchestra hall! The beef carpaccio was delicious but the sushi was amazing and so beautifully presented!

I was here on Nov 4th and it was the worst experience ever! Took 20 min just to get water another 15 to get a drink. The waiter had the personality of a doorknob. We were using a living social coupon which was a special menu. The restaurant didn't even have the choices written down and the waiter acted like we should have known what our meal choices were. Worst Server I ever had there!!!! Very uncaring place!!! Horrible experience last night with reservation staff. Total chaos. They cancel my reservation because I was stuck in line with valet parking. I was only 15 min late and when I came to be seated the staff told me I was canceled and gave me attitude. When I tried to put my name on wait list for rooftop, they asked me for phone number and would call, but they never did and when I came to check on this an hour later, they had lost that reservation too.
