I would like to have been able to review the food but having waited for over two hours no food actually arrived. By 11.15pm we were so fed up with waiting the nine of us left hungry and very disappointed. The staff were totally disorganised and, though polite enough and apologetic, seemed out of their depth. It was a shame because there was great expectation given the nice surroundings and rooftop bar. Interesting to see other reviews with similar complaints.
Always a great time. Food is amazing and staff is pleasant. Usually have a friend or two who is working. Always take care of us.
Service on the rooftop was the worst service I have ever experienced. Server forgot part of our food order, he was more interested in socializing with other servers than paying attention to his customers. We requested bread with the meal and it took 25 minutes to get to our table once we were done with the food. We have been here for 1 hour ran up a 115 dollar tab and won't be leaving a tip!
The staff at seven treats you like family from the moment you walk in the door. I have been going their for years and will probably have my funeral party there too. If you have ever had a negative experience try again, we forget staff have bad days too. Cheers to the owners and great staff!
Wow! Very Classy Place! I Surprised My Best Friend by taking her to Seven for her Birthday! Neither of us had been there before and we were blown away by the Great Service and AMAZING Food! We will definitely be back soon!
Food was good.. Service was horrible... For a fancy restaurant the waiter was slow .. Took 20 minutes for the dessert and we got it without silverware... When we got our food we received the wrong order and when we informed the waiter his response was ummm what you want me to do? We asked him to take it back but they still charged us $16 for it. The best part was when he dropped our silverware and said SHIT let me get you a new one and that took 5 more minutes ... For the prices I'd rather to eat at a different restaurant th... read more
