The food wasn't bad but the service was unacceptable. I left my Tom Ford sunglasses at on the patio. I noticed right away and called, they told me they had them and would keep them for me until I could have a friend pick them up the next day. I was super happy and relived. When I called the next day to tell them my friend was on their way to get them they told me they no longer had them. I told them the story and they said "sorry, we can't find them, call back later and a manager will check the safe" so I called back later..... read more
Horrible service! Food and drink service was very slow. Our server was very inattentive. The wait time to receive our food was horrific. When it was time to go the server could not even find a manager to stamp our valet ticket (We waited at least 30 minutes). We decided to just pay for valet instead of waiting any longer. Will definitely not be going back!

I tried to purchase giftcards from Seven via their online website. The giftcards never arrived. I tried to get a refund, but after several attempts and promises that they would refund the purchase, I have yet to se anything. Very poor customer service and I would recommend that any potential customer not purchase gift cards online.
