Yesterday was my birthday dinner and I was excited to eat in the sushi area because I love the atmosphere. When we got there and checked in they told us that area was closed for a private party so we would need to eat in the steakhouse area. I was disappointed and a bit peeved that they didn't mention that when I made the reservation. They also didn’t not seem to care that I was not happy. Treated horribly by security... couldn't even enjoy my meal.
We had a written, signed contract for our company holiday party to be in the "Ultralounge" many months in advance of the event. They showed us this room and we selected this room based on the tour of it. It has a lot of space, privacy, couches, and a separate bar. Well, without ANY type of notice, they put us in a different, tiny space. It ruined an event that over a dozen people flew into town for. Didn't used to hate this place :-( my boyfriend and I stopped there after his birthday dinner for some drinks. The bartender gal didnt give his cc back, in the most of the music, people, chatting, we didnt even noticed either. What is upsetting is instead of hanging on to it and giving it to he manager, this bartender decided to charge a storm on the account at Victoria secret. We didn't realized until the next that the cc was missing and when we checked the account there were unknown charges at Victoria secret that evening.
Entrees were overpriced for the quality. Sides were not what we expected and was also overpriced for the quality. I wouldn't recommend this place. For the price we paid, I expected better. The service could be improved. Needed water and didn't get it when I needed it. Had to drink my bf's water while we waited. Won't go back.
dj would play a great song, then once people got to the floor would switch to a shitty song, and the dancers would exit the floor and so on and so forth. I had more fun watching the one tv that was showing Back to the Future !
