This was the WORST dining experience of my life! The entire staff is incompetent and poorly trained of how to properly take care of their guests. The Manager is a pompous unprofessional with no financial sense of how a business should be ran. If you plan on celebrating a milestone, birthday, anniversary etc I advise you to NOT come here. They will not only disappoint you but will have you wishing you NEVER made a reservation there. I'm warning you now...
Would you like to be racially profiled? Physically and verbally harassed by the staff? Talked to in a matter using all types of expletives? If you answered yes then I halfheartedly recommend checking this place out. The steaks were over done, but other than that the food was very good, especially the sushi, and the server was exceptional! Nice atmosphere as well.
They changed the nightclub experience on the second floor. The last few times I was there were great, awesome people and fun music. The atmosphere in SuperStar was like being at a Vegas nightclub. Now it’s just a room with no atmosphere and the DJ was awful. Way to take a one of a kind experience and turn it into just another sub par experience. The real SuperStar bar was hands down a great experience with an awesome DJ (Johnny Jetson). My friends and I will not be back
