Most unorganized and confusing new years eve party ever! Got there at 9 pm and people were still eating dinner. The staff had no idea what was going on. Paid for VIP but the buffet sampler didn't even show up until almost 11 pm when it was supposed to end at that time and the champagne float was never provided. Waste of money!!

I convinced my hubby to go out on New Years Eve for the first time in 20 years! The experience at Seven for ridiculous! Nothing was as promised! The appetizer buffet was set up extremely later than what was told and they never had the Milk Jam Creamery Champagne Float Bar which we were really looking forward to! No one seemed to be able to answer questions and it was completely disorganized! Staying home next year! �

Went for the NYE grand opening and was so disappointed. Paid for VIP experience and it was for nothing. I was hoping under new management things would be different, but I will no longer come here. Cold food, no seating, disorganized, coat check was a joke, and no one knew what was happening.

Their NYE event was so unorganized. They were unprepared, didn't have anything ready until close to 11 pm. Nothing was offered as to what they advertised. People paid for VIP and got nothing. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
