RecommendedI had great care in the ICU. Nurses were wonderful and feel that their care definitely led to my recovery. Am at home now after the saddle embolus and rehab hospital. I can’t thank the nursing staff enough!

I was at seton on 38th yesterday and I had the best team from the nurse I had from 10:40 am to 12:49 pm . I then went to get my LP done and person that did it was amazing and his Radiology team was very good in keeping me calm. When I went to lay flat for an hour I had two wonderful nurses 👩⚕️ 👨⚕️ that took care of me. Thank you Seton so very much for your good care for me.

The Staff here was awesome!!! They did their jobs with a smile on their face. 4th Floor Hall 468. I was very impressed with the service, Even when the overwhelming of the pandemic. Keep up the GREAT WORK TEAM SETON 4TH FLOOR!!!

Not happy with the hospital. Rude icu charge nurse no bedside manners . So I would not recommend this hospital.

I recently had my open heart surgery at this hospital, I was there for almost 20 days 5 of which were in ICU. The nurses, doctors, housekeeping, food service everyone-everyone I came into contact with were amazing. Though I am very glad to be home, the encouragement and care I received has allowed me to be home and well! Thank you to EVERYONE for my care I am forever grateful.

I just wanted to say that I had a great experience with the entire team I was met with today. I felt comfortable, they made me feel heard and found out what was going on. I’ve made the choice to change hospitals for delivering my baby last minute to this location based off the experience I had. Informative, kind and respectful team!

The staff who answer the phones are particularly helpful, especially Matt. Unfortunately, I can't say that the group therapists have the same professionalism and passion for helping. That said, I have only experience with one group for DBT and one therapist. In my all of my experiences in therapy, I have never been kicked out of a group for crying (for crying only a few seconds---before getting kicked out of the Zoom group). Seton main saved my life on multiple occasions. The nurses, doctors, and staff are exceptional and caring. The rooms are clean. The food is good. The labor and delivery care and cardiac wings are exceptional. I wouldn’t want to be treated or cared for anywhere else.
