The Hospital can not manage home drugs. I have offered to help them mitigate this issue, but they have no interest. Over the course of multiple stays in the hospital they have never been able to manage home drugs. It is a case of complete impenitence. In one case it was so bad that they failed to deliver critical medicine and it caused the stay to be at least a day longer than needed. Just to rug salt in this wound, they wanted me to pay for that day. I have offered to help them, but they refuse. It is almost as if they want... read more

Well we just got our insurance cards. Why am I not so surprised. First you go to a Seton facility and ger charged out the whazoo because the ER doctor, not one, but the whole group, was out of network and you get a $1200 bill.Thank you so much Seton. Now, if you get any injections its only covered at 85%. Seton Cares really......it just goes to show you how much they do care when they don't even care about their employees.

Had my premature son there in August, the nurse took him for an assessment and didn't bring him back to me for 4 hours, at which time I was informed they had not fed him at all. All of this resulted in a 2 week NICU stay, his blood sugar wouldn't read on the meter when they admitted him into the NICU. Got a bill this week for the NICU $158,944.75. Absolutely disgusted, no one will return my calls with an answer as to how this happened.
