We would highly recommend Seth. He assisted us in buying a home here in Rapid City while we were living out of state. The inventory was quite limited but he kept us updated as homes came on the market and even did FaceTime showings to allow us to view homes from afar before we were able to visit the area. We ended up purchasing a home under construction and Seth went above and beyond in staying on top of the progress and keeping us updated while we were several states away.
