I had some water damage to my laminate floors--nothing too serious--and the guys that came to assess the damage and dry things out were awesome. The project manager who I dealt with after everything was dried out was not great, but I get the impression that nobody talks to each other over there as I had to give them insurance and other info multiple times. Rich, Dillion and Jose from Servpro came to my house within 24 of us experiencing a major flood in our basement due to a sprinkler pipe that burst. There team removed our carpets, padding, Sheetrock, insulation and molding in one day. They will be returning to remove furniture and personal belongings after the insurance adjuster does her thing tomorrow. The entire Servpro team was very professional and courteous.
