SERVPRO gave an estimate that separated out parts and labor. The project was completed in less than half of the anticipated time, resulting in the labor cost being $500 per person, per hour. I asked if SERVPRO would consider lowering the final invoice to account, at least in part, for the discrepancy between the estimate and the work performed. They declined.
We had Servpro do an extensive professional cleaning of my uncle’s home to place it on the market. They did a remarkable job. I highly recommend them.
