I had a catastrophic water leak and called Serv Pro for help. It was a Sunday and immediately got a call back. Amazingly they had people out there that same day. Joel was awesome at explaining what was going on. I felt like my disaster mattered and that I was in good hands.
We had damage to our house from the winter of 2017. Servpro came out, assessed the job and in the middle of fixing it all - they dropped us. Their employees quit because of their dissatisfaction with the company, but no one called us to inform that they weren't going to come back. We had to hire someone to come in and finish the job, which was difficult. Servpro, at least the Hood River branch is terrible. Try another company.
Any type of fire in a house is nerve shattering to say the least, and we had one in our kitchen that was semi-contained to our oven. The smoke was thick. After the firemen put the fire out, the stove (still smoking) was removed from the house, but the damage had been done....smoke!! Everything had a horrible smoke odor throughout the house. I called our insurance representative and Servpro was out the next day and started their cleaning process. 3 visits and the smell is gone...just like it never happened!
