I had a leak in my kitchen which required my whole kitchen and the majority of the floors in my house to be redone. My insurance company recommended Servpro and I’m glad they did. They conducted both the demo work and the restoration. Dave, my PM on the project, supplied great subcontractors who had great character, and even had great recommendations for some outside contractors for the extra work I wanted done. Servpro of Brunswick County helped us with mold remediation in our living room area. They came in and explained what was happening on our cathedral ceiling and what it was not moisture related...which all the other companies tried to convince us that all the insulation in the attic was wet and would have to be removed with the drywall....at a BIG PRICE!!!!! Dominic with Servpro came in and checked the walls for moisture and found none!!! All that was needed was for Servpro to come in with their heavy duty vacuums and filters... read more
