My parents' air condition stop working. We called Service Stars - they were the only place that answered their phone after 4pm! The gentleman took my name and number; Marisa called me within ten minutes. They could have had someone come that very same day. My sister Shelley says "I would give Jeremy from Service Stars a million stars!! I would recommend him to the world!!!" When you live in Texas with a house for sale in Connecticut, you have to be able to trust someone when you have an emergency. The pipes froze when the furnace shut down. Jeremy responded immediately and handled the situation. He replaced broken pipes throughout the house as the heat returned and saved it from flooding. I have the utmost respect and confidence in Jeremy and cannot thank him enough!

I reached out to Service Stars for a variety of electrical issues...From my contact with Marisa who scheduled my appointment, to the prompt & thorough assessment by the electrician Jose, I was impressed !!! Service Stars installed my ductless air conditioning. Of the three installers I reached out to, they offered the most creative solutions, were the most professional and did not seem to be pushing products like the other installers appeared to be doing. The actual installation was handled well, professionally and issue free! My wife did not like the placement of the outside lines, Service Stars came back, changed the lines and my wife was very happy! And free of charge!!
