This was my first time using Service Stars for the fall tune up of my ductless Mitsubishi unit. My sister Kathy recommended them. Jack answered all my questions and was very nice and professional. Billy did an outstanding job With my AC tune up. Answered all my questions, put in a new filter I had bought and took extra time cleaning the outside unit. Would highly recommend!
