I am thrilled with Service Stars. Marisa is a joy to work with. She's friendly, courteous, and professional. Scheduling can be tricky. She gets that. She works with you. I'm always pleasantly surprised how quickly she's able to get me the help I need. Jose A was the electrician assigned to the job. He was on time, polite, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain what he was doing. Such a rare gem these days. I will definitely be calling for future needs. Great job! Thank you both!
I recently called service stars and spoke with Marisa because my heat was not turning on. Within two hours Dave one of the technicians came out and accessed the situation. He was very courteous and professional. I had my heat up and running in no time! I would absolutely recommend service stars to my family and friends.

We got home from vacation late on a Friday to find our home was more like a sauna. I made one call on a Saturday morning about 9ish. Jeremy arrived about 11, had a great attitude, diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot. Quite possibly the best service experience ever. If I could give more than 5 stars to Service Stars, I would!

Jose was here to do our annual electrical maintenance. This is a wonderful service included in our club membership and gives great peace of mind. He was so thorough and forthcoming. We had an electrical issue I our home and we weren't sure who we could trust and we asked our close friend who they used and they recommended Service Stars. They were out to our home the next morning and found they problem and fixed it for us. Very happy with their service and satisfied. Class A organization!!!!
