Just had my ac unit installed by ServiceOne and all I can say is what a phenomenal company. From the customer service reps all the way to the install team. Way to go ServiceOne I will be recommending you guys to all my family and friends. Thank you for the prompt service and superb customer service.
Competent, punctual, friendly . . . and they stand behind their work. I've had new sink and shower fixtures and two toilets put in. The AC/Heating Tuneups they have done are well done. Service One has an annual service plan available, and they will even drain your water heater. I signed up again.
Amazing company. Quick and friendly employees. Called on a Tuesday, had someone check our system on Friday and had a brand new system replacement on Monday. Gave us a variety of choices in a variety of price ranges and am in LOVE with our new system �
We want to give a HUGE thanks to John Nazarchyk at Service One for fixing our A/C at 4pm on Thursday of Hurricane Matthew!!! Our temp was 83, we have 4 toddlers & we were losing hope that we'd have to A/C before the storm. He did an excellent job and explained the problem, what to look for/do in case it happens again, and preventive maintenance. Thanks so much!!
ServiceOne is top notch! We've been customers for at least 6 or 7 years. Was recommended by a co-worker for A/C service. They are professional, responsive, and efficient. A couple of years ago our system went out at Christmas time and the owner Bill came out on our service call. It was a cold December and we appreciated the prompt attention we received. We've recommended ServiceOne to family and friends without hesitation. Master Plumber Ken is also very experienced and professional.
Service One does it again! Their prompt service and friendly tech, John, made my day. The broken part was under warranty, so there was no charge. :-) As John said, "Service One stands by our work." Anyway, my office was cool by 10 a.m. and I was cranking out the work once again thanks to Service One!
Sunday afternoon, 4pm, discovered the AC compressor wasn't coming on. Called & the very friendly technician, John, was in my house 4 hrs later. New capacitor & it's back up & running. Quick & the price was absolutely reasonable for an emergency weekend call.
