NEW CUSTOMER! After I was left hanging from my regular plumber and my back-up plumber who bother never even returned my calls for emergency service (7:45a & 8:30a)... I contacted Service One for plumbing repair and not only did someone answer the phone asap (10:25) but they got me on the schedule within a coupe hours (1-3p) and offered a plumber to come out if one freed up, which I jumped on. Called Service One last night when I noticed it was warmer than normal in my home. The thermostat display was completely blank and my A/C unit was not running. I had a call back from a service tech, Mike C. within 15 minutes and he was headed to another call but managed to get to my home within 1 1/2 hours and had the issue resolved in under an hour while he was there. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt and I highly recommend Service One for any A/C maintenance issues.
My house is cool again! Absolutely excellent service. Called after hours and a tech called back within minutes. They showed up when they said they would. Fixed the problem and provided helpful information. We will definitely be working with this company for our future AC needs!

Less than 24 hours ago I called Service One to get quotes on a new unit. Within an hour of my phone call, they had a Specialist at my home with a price quote that was $500-$1,000 less than all other quotes I received. They arrived at 10am this morning ready to install my new unit. Everyone was SO friendly and the Specialist, Otto Boy, even stopped by to make sure the installation was going smoothly. I am a huge fan of good customer service and honest pricing. I definitely recommend these guys! �
