A wonderful company. Very honest, hard working to keep customer in the loop. Brad, our technician was a man of his word. We were up against the clock and he told us if there was anyway the AC could be installed he would do it. After hours he worked, to get it done. Highly highly recommend this company.
Awesome service. Response time was within a few hours. Very knowledgeable.
I tried calling another plumber 3 times after he asked me to call him back. He never answered. CBUS answered first call and got me service in 2hrs! The tech was awesome and even showed me how to prevent future leaks!
Great customer service
We had a floor drain clog called CBS they came right out and fixed the problem great customer service did a great job. I definitely would refer and use again.
I was impressed with CBus from my first contact with their office personnel. Lance, the technician, arrived on time, and was friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, and didn't try to talk me into something I didn't need. I appreciate that. I like that CBus not only offers plumbing services but heating and cooling services, as well. It will be nice to establish a relationship with one company capable of handling all our mechanical servicing and maintenance needs.
Gave a fair, free estimate. Service was quick. He cleaned up.
