They were out to snake a blocked main drain line only to have it back up again less than two weeks later. Over the phone, they recommended replacing the drain line from the house to the city sewer line without first running a camera through the line to confirm that was the issue. I heard one of my wife's music box in my basement start playing while technicians we're down there. I'd expect them not to play with any knickknacks in someone's home. Otherwise everything was excellent.
