I don't believe any improvement is needed. Service was excellent, professiona,l and resolved my concerns.
Greatly appreciated getting an appointment within a couple days of when I called. Technician Chris arrived exactly at appointment time and was efficient and pleasant. Told me about some issues because of the unit being an older furnace and gave some recommendations as well - but did not try to sell me anything or make problems where there were none. VERY positive experience overall.
