In stating the above, its the way I felt after being visited by a service man that came out to check my air conditioner. I was in despair and felt dejected after the repairman could not emphasize more, how old my air conditioning unit and furnace were. I think I heard "29" years old so many times, and everytime with a snicker, that it made me feel like I had done something terrible.
