We had a new furnace installed in April as our existing one was 33 years old and on it's last legs. Your response time was great. We had an appointment time set in a timely manner and were able to do the install about a week later. The installation crew did a good job and were very friendly. I received a new heating and cooling system about 4 years ago. They talked me into getting the electric filters b/c it would cut down on my dust and help my allergies. Now, I'm stuck having to purchase the electric filters through them and to get a reduced price, I have to become member of a club. This club is suppose to give me priority and I think a cleanings twice a year. Every time I call to get the filters, they are busy and say they will call back, only they do not call back.
