Awful. They care about selling, not your comfort. If I could go back in time and not use them, I would. They over recommended and did not honor their one year guarantee. Instead of honoring their guarantee, they want to come back to your home repeatedly. When the service manager connected his phone to our thermostat without me knowing, I lost all trust in this company. That should be illegal.
Dont buy a **** system from Service Legends OR become a member of the ************* Seven years of paying the monthly fee and you wont be a priority to them as promised. Their communication skills are the worst. Had an confirmed appointment on Monday Oct 9th and they ghosted me. Called same night to ask why and ***** said he would have someone call me back the next day at 4pm. Again ghosted. It is now three days later and no call from them. I had insulation and a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Service Legends and everyone I dealt with was great and friendly! My system has worked well this summer and I'm looking forward to winter.

Don't provide a credit card!!! - you will become a "member" with unauthorized recurring charge! A friendly reminder call for my "check up" (in summer not spring or fall) was to camouflage the $550 unauthorized charge that was made to the card (July 2) the previous week. This was not an honest mistake and they may have gotten away with this numerous times, but I check my statements and would have caught this anyway. Lacks integrity, tries to up sell, and high priced. I was going to be charged $836.95 for wiring, capacitor, or a hard start to fix my AC. I got other bids and it was fixed for $254.13. I also priced a new AC and Furnace and the lowest quote for both from Service Legends was $9691.07. The company that fixed my AC quoted the same systems for just under $6000.00. I have quotes and bills in writing. I have been a club member for several years and finally decided to get 2 or three bids. Glad I did.

Does not follow through with his customers satisfaction by any means. Installs the bottom end of his product line and charges the most. Install is quick and careless with NO improvement after multiple returns. I do not understand how this business could ever receive a A+ rating.!!

A few years ago we purchased a boiler from different company. We could never quite get it working right and they proved to be little help. We decided to call Service Legends and have them look at it. The tech spent some time with it and got everything set the way it should have been in the first place. It was nice to finally have someone get it working right. Truly outstanding service, and next time we will absolutely call them again.
