Jason was very great! We just moved in to our new house and our water heater went out. He was very sympathetic and felt bad that we had to pay for a new water heater with in 24 hrs of moving in. He was at our house first thing the next morning to replace it. He also took the time to look at our kitchen sink and sump pump. No additional repairs were done to them but he have great advice and answered all my additional questions. We will be calling him to install our back up battery for our sump.
Kitchen sink was leaking . Jason responded within minutes !!!! He is friendly, courteous and professional . Arrived at the scheduled time and fixed the problem! Awesome job ! Thank you
Great experience.....Same day service.....60 min repair and presto..... hot water for my morning shower......Jason is "the man".....Fast. Friendly. and Courteous ......One cold shower was enough....I highly recommend!
Jason called immediately, came next day and did a perfect install! Easy and smooth.
I'm not sure what a job like mine would cost on average as I'm primarily a do-it-myself guy, so I would rather not pay $400 for 2 hours of work and 6 feet of piping again, but Jason was friendly, professional and finished the job the same day as I requested a quote so overall, I am happy with my experience, and happy to have peach of mind that my gas was done right.

Jason was the 1st contractor to call me after I hung up with HomeAdvisor. He gave me an estimate to replace my dead water heater that was slightly below the average. We set up a time for the service between 12pm - 2pm. Jason called me and let me know he was finishing another job early and could be at my home by 11:30am and asked if that was ok to come earlier. I got an IMMEDIATE--and I mean like within one minute--reply from Service King! And presto, I was scheduled for later that same day. Very friendly and professional. It was a little pricier than other plumbers I've used, but that's the only possible downside. I think it was worth it to solve a problem that's been bugging us for a long time. Thanks, Service King!
