Good communication, timely done repair. Feel price is a bit high. but has to have the work done right away, so did not shop around

It was an emergency project. Main was clogged into septic. Jason, who is an owner worked tenaciously to find the problem and solve it. I hate spending money on a drain but in this case the ease of mind was worth it.

Called Jason first thing in the morning and was willing to come out in the evening and diagnose my water heater problem. Wanted to go the cheapest route possible. He tried to repair the water heater but water heater was too far gone. The water heater was at least 14 years old and had lots of corrosion. The pilot light wouldn't turn on then it would turn on but then went out totally. 12 hours later new water heater installed. Jason was very meticulous and tidy. Made sure he left the work area clean. Very positive experience, came out for a quote and offered to do the job on the same day. Made short work of the project, stayed focused and efficient even as I hovered over his shoulder through most of it. The only reason for the value for money rating is I would like for it to have been cheaper. Not that the price was out of line with other quotes I got, but I'm just cheap.
