I had multiple jobs, one of which was a very small leak for many years. I had another plumber try to fix it, we replaced the kitchen faucet and dishwasher and still the leak remained. Jason was able to track and fix the leak. Yay! He also identified substandard issues with the existing hot water heater and was able to take care of the problem on the spot. He called immediately and was the first person to call me. I was looking for a price over the phone, he gave an estimate over the phone for replacing all parts for $200. At day of the appointment he pulled out a list with a higher estimates after looking at the toilet for 15 sec and gave me the price of $254 for replacing half of the parts. So a lower estimate was provided over the phone to get in the door. They charge a 3%-5% service fee if you use a credit card and prefer checks for payment. WE HAVE WORKED EXTREMELY HARD TO BUILD AN ONLINE REPUTATION THAT CUSTOMERS FROM ALL PARTS HAVE COME TO RELY ON 7 DAYS A WEEK.
