They explained what they were going to do to fix the problem and their recommendation on our other toilet saved us money.
They were way to expensive for the work that they did. I had a toilet installed and they left the old toilet in my garage. I would have thought for the price they charged they would have disposed. They didn’t even put it in the box the new toilet came in.
My initial request to change a valve in the kitchen. While he was there, I asked about a few other issues I had. He was able to take care of all the issues that day. Very happy with all of the service.
Did a great job though slightly on the higher end for ejector pump replacement and clog removal.
My kitchen faucet was leaking....a lot. I contacted Service King and Jason was very responsive to my inquiry. He arrived on time to my home, was very professional, gave an estimate on the cost to replace my faucet (I just purchased a new faucet myself). The cost to install was $325 and I even stated that was very high. As he tried to install my faucet, there were two parts missing. They replaced my ejector pump in about 2 hours and saved me about $400 off the first quote I got from a rival company. Good job!
We needed a part of the hot water heater replaced. They were on time and explained everything. Good job.
Way to expensive.. got a quote for a shower valve install. Shower is down to bare studs and the quote was $699 to install (a valve that I already bought). I did not hire them. They were VERY friendly and prompt, just too much money, I?m not here to get ripped off.
Needed to replace a spigot. Service King employees showed up on time and did a great job with the repair. They were knowledgeable and very professional. They were upfront about pricing, however I was not familiar with how much replacing a spigot should cost, so I feel like I may have been taken advantage of. I paid over $500. It wasn?t until afterwards that I learned this type of repair typically costs about $200. So... great company to work with, as long as you?re okay spending the extra $$$!
