We called to ask how much it would cost to remove a drain extraction tool stuck in our tub drain and to replace the drain. He said he couldn't say until he saw the project. It would cost $60 for the service call, but it would apply toward the work if we chose to have it done. That seemed reasonable, so I scheduled him thinking he would be reasonably priced. Jason called to say he was running early and asked if it was OK for him to arrive before the appointed time. He and his helper, James, were very efficient and finished the job quickly. In addition, he looked for causes for our problem to minimize the chance that we might experience the same problem in the future. I will call again when I need future work done!
I would hire them again in a flash! He was courteous, used pictures to show me we had another problem; good work ethic and cleaned up after himself.

They were nice. Did a good job but they were expensive. On one toilet I needed the chain on the handle replaced. $95 to do it. I feel that was too much. The shower faucet was repaired ok. i did not say anything about the cost but will not hire them again
I was working out of town when my water heater broke. My basement was flooded. One call to Service King and they were at my house within 2 hours. My wife said they were polite and respectful. Work was done quickly with a high level of quality. I couldn't be more pleased.
