Showed up, was walked to the used car lot by a new car sales agent. Used car sales guys watched me and new car sales rep walk up, get the keys, and test drive the car. I had my own financing. But they insisted I do a credit app just to see if there was a possibility they could adjust the cars selling price...filled the app just for the manager to turn around and say I’m better sticking with my bank financing and refused to budge even a dollar on the sales price. Overall, I had a good experience. I was hoping to pay a little less but ended up with a good deal. The sales dealer, Ruth, did a great job at getting me a lower price and was very welcoming.

It was a great experience. My salesperson was so sweet and very helpful through the process. My only recommendation would be to have a couple more finance people so the wait isnt so long. Overall great would recommend and return.
