Big Star Honda was wonderful to work with. They made the process of buying a car easy, efficient, and comfortable. I would highly recommend!
The dealership responded quickly, the car was clean and ready when I arrived and the staff was helpful and nice.
The overall experience at Big Star was very good. As with any vehicle purchase, it takes time but no big deal.
Attempted to test drive and possibly purchase and I waited in the lobby, no one to help. I ended up checking with the receptionist again and she said everyone was tied up and today wasn't the best day to come in basically and to try another day.
