The OTD price quoted was actually 3k more after $200 nitrogen,$400 window tint, $200 prepaid oil changes, $2k extended warranty,$500 GAP. My experience was a waste of my time the sales man had me hurry out there to them like it was so many people trying to buy the Nissan Armada the picture of the truck they have on line is not the tru truck the SUV was trash the dashboard was busted all over the ac did not turn off steady blowing on high had bad leeks from the motor and on top of that the salesman was steal trying to make me buy the nissan Armada which was not even worth what they were asking for had full price in cash in pocket but not for that and that's the... read more
Very professional
They contacted me very quickly, so I made an appointment with them on the next day. When I got there, I made a phone call to inform the salesman who contacted me that I'm already there. But he did not come out and let us stayed in the waiting area for a long time. Then, we told them that we went out to walk around the parking lot when waiting for them ready to serve us. The awful thing was they let us wait in the parking lot half of an hour, but no one came to serve us. A waste of time!
The dealer did contact me in a timely manner with information about the vehicle I asked about. They were friendly and courteous.
