Jerry Pollock was awesome to deal with! Jerry went over my new set of wheels with me, from bumper to bumper; inside and out!! This is my 2nd Subaru. I went from a Crosstrek to a Forester. What a magnificent car and such a fantastic dealership. Everyone there is so kind. Especially Chris Weyandt. He is just one of 4 great Finance Managers there.

I bought a Ford Fiesta in May and have been experiencing problems with it since July. I have been waiting for a part to come in, I called to check on the status of the part and to express my concern of my car being safe and received total disregard for my safety. I've only had my car for 4 months and I'm to uncomfortable to drive it.
I would never deal with these people if you don't have to.. I took my truck there to get fixed.. When we picked it up the truck was not even together.. There was parts in the bed.. The exhaust was not even tighten. They do half ass work.. And they have piss poor communication.. Never again will I deal with stuckeys ford commercial shop..
Feeling really frustrated- after weeks of car shopping for my daughter found a white Subaru she liked here. Found almost the exact same car over an hour from here for $700 less. I would really like to buy local but have been told twice "used prices are firm". What kind of dealer does that? I don't expect them to match the price but a little movement as a sign of good faith would have made the difference for me.

I recently bought a used Outlander from Stuckeys. The buying experience was the best I have ever had. Issac was very professional in all ways. I will certainly be back the next time. But, hopefully that is a very long from now.
Only worried about making the sale. We bought a used jeep here and have had several problems with it, took it back to get fixed at my expense because the extra warranty I bought with it did not cover that part, dropped it off to be fixed and came back later to pick it up just to find out that we paid for it to be fixed and they were too lazy to check their own work.
