Worst purchase ever! My husband and I have bought several used vehicles, not from here, and have NEVER had as many issues as we have had with this vehicle! 3 weeks in, it left my husband stranded, on his way to work because of a recall that Stuckey was aware of. Now we had to take it into the shop again due to a bad clutch on an automatic vehicle! I recently purchased a used car from Stucky. My experience was very pleasant. No surprises, quick service and everyone was upbeat. Just bought a mustang from Stuckey and absolutely love it! But, this isn't about the car itself, it's about the dealership. Sushant Mathen, our salesman, was excellent! Answered any questions we had and really made us feel like he was there to serve us! Very friendly people all around that place. Got my dream car and had a great experience during the buying process. Make sure your salesperson knows about the car you want and has an ounce of common sense. I called on Tuesday 8/18 asking about a car on their site. He "checked", it was still available, had most of what I wanted and the other bits could be added on so I put a deposit on it and said I would be in the next day (coming from York, PA about 2.5 hours). Get a call back about 2 hours later that the car had actually been traded to another dealer (so much for actually checking), but they might have another that can be traded. I fina... read more
