Purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek on June 27. Buying experience was great all around. Was most impressed by the honesty and professionalism of all involved in the car buying process. Couldn't have been better.
We bought our new ford 250 work truck at a other local ford dealership. Since day 1 it had a transmission problem. After taking it to the dealership I bought it to, it sat there for 3 weeks and It never got fixed and they didn't even have a answer on what was wrong with it. So we bought a Jeep from there in March of 2015. We loved our car salesman and he has done more for us than anyone else there! So not long after we bought it we had trouble it' with our heat when turned to the floor it would only come out the defroster or onto your face. We took it in to get it looked at and they said it wasn't under our warranty and would $100. Stuckey is the only place that took their time to make it possible for us to own two new vehicles 6 months apart. They did everything to get us into our 2014 f250 diesel and a 2013 Ford Fiesta. Other places told us they couldn't do anything for us. They made buying a vehicle easy. So from now only all my new vehicles will be from Stuckey Ford.

Have to say I have just had the worst car buying experience EVER at John Stuckey Ford! We saw a truck that we were interested in on the Stuckey website. My husband and I stopped up last Saturday and Nick told us the commercial sales person wasn't in and they didn't know where the truck was but they told us we could drive up to the other lot to look for it and if we saw it or something else we liked we could drive back down to the dealership and they would get us a key. I do alot of research prior to buying a new truck, I buy them to work them and trust me they earn their keep! I was very pleased with my service at stuckey's so far. I handed the salesman the list of options I needed to suit my needs and my wife told him what she wanted on top of that. He showed me the truck I went there to see and another with a few more options but worked with the manager and fords rebates to make it fit our budget. Ok. So I recently wrote a review about my poor service at Stuckey, I was falsely informed about how many times my credit would be ran, and ended up having 9 hard inquiries show up on my credit reports. I deleted my original post because it was written out of anger, but after being lied to about how my credit was ran, and several phone calls from different employees, I am now being told they will email me all the banks information so I can dispute the inquiries since I did NOT agree to having my credit ran that many times.
