We bought our 2nd new truck from Stuckey's in December. We got a great deal and the sales team couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We will definitely go back there when we're ready to buy another vehicle.
Found vehicle online, agreed upon price, and I took the loan with a local. With check in hand I made the six hour drive only to find the salesman waiting with a truck with a 5.5 ft bed instead of the 6.5 I needed. Needless to say since I already had the bank loan on that truck and VIN I was stuck with a truck that did not meet my needs. Would never buy another car here again after the experience I had
Shocked that my husband went out there today to buy a Subaru, he was determined to come home with one, but after 10 minutes outside looking no one came to assist him. He went inside and stood for a few more minutes. One salesman stood up and looked at him over top of the cars inside then sat back down. Another salesmen just went about his business by himself and the third salesman was with a customer. Got a 2002 Chevy Malibu from the back lot yesterday. I recommend for those who are searching for their first car or just something easier to afford to check in the back. Bryan was so nice and made everything easy to understand. Will definitely come back in the future for something brand new :)
