I just bought my second Ford Fusion 2 weeks ago from Stuckey Ford and it was a very smooth, pleasant experience! I had the pleasure of dealing with Walter and he was very helpful and an all around nice guy. I would recommend them to anyone!
First time going to stuckeys can't say much for the service department bc I haven't used it yet, as for the sales team Walter Babiak and the guys at stuckey were fast and knowledgeable.

My husband and I purchased a used vehicle in May 2017. My husband joked around with the guys at Stuckey about getting a hat for buying a car, they totally blew him off. A month after we had the vehicle there ended up being a significant chip of paint come off the front of the car. I called, talked to numerous people, and finally they offered to fix it. Terrible service. I bought a Ford Escape in May of this year. Right after buying it, I kept getting numerous calls from insurance agencies in the Altoona area. Apparently the salesperson gave my number out to the companies so they could call and harass me about getting an insurance quote. Also, they ran my credit 9 times when they told me it was only going to be ran once. Then, I have had to take my Escape back to Stuckey approximately 6 times since May. It is only September. In the past I have experienced how frustrating it is to walk into a car dealerships (without my husband) and be totally blown-off by the sales staff. I experienced the opposite at Stuckey Ford. Joe Barbera, a salesperson at Stuckey Ford, was respectful, courteous and helpful towards me when I stopped in with my teenage daughter to look at a new vehicle. In fact, every staff member I interacted with was great - from sales to management to financing! I would definitely buy again from Joe at Stuckey!
