Service department is nice and friendly along with other members of the staff. Every concern Ive had about the vehicle has been addressed timely.

I regularly go to Serra Nissan for maintenance on my leased Nissan Altima. I am consistently satisfied with their work.
We have had our vehicle in twice to resolve a faulty tire gauge light (tire pressure is accurate), however the problem still has not been resolved. They said they reset it the last time but still not corrected. The Service Manager, Randy, advised us to let him know if problem remains & they may have to replace. Left message on his voice mail we were still having problems, however, his customer service is lacking as he has not taken the time to call us back. Excellent Service. Serra is awesome
I had trouble with oil consumption they identified trouble and gave me cost saving repairs
We purchased a new vehicle and were very pleased with the transaction. We got just what we wanted at a price that we felt was fair and reasonable.
The employees at Serra Nissan are amazing especially Kali. She answers all of my questions with a smile on her face and keeps me updated as my car is being serviced.
Great dealership, Kali is great in the service department.
